In October 2016, the H-GAC Board of Directors authorized to contract with EcoInteractive Inc. to provide the new project database system for the Transportation Improvement Program and the Regional Transportation Plan for an amount not to exceed $200,000. H-GAC executed a contract with EcoInteractive, inc. for one year and staff has worked with the consultant to develop and customize the software to track projects and produce the required statewide reports.

EcoInteractive, Inc. was procured to provide consultant services for two years. The consultant provides the project tracking software as a subscription service to H-GAC.  H-GAC staff is requesting approval to renew the subscription service for the second year to finalize the development of the project tracking software.  After the second year, H-GAC staff will review the performance of the system and will request the Board of Directors to recommend further continuance of the project tracking subscription service for multiple years as needed.
