H-GAC is required to maintain a list of qualified brokers or institutions authorized to engage in investment transactions in order to comply with the Public Funds Investment Act. The qualified broker list is subject to revision as law and investment landscape may change.

The Public Funds Investment Act requires that H-GAC annually submit the qualified broker list to its governing body for approval. Below is the qualified broker list, submitted to assure compliance with the Act.
