The Infogroup database is a leased data set consists of over 5.6 million records of household and 700,000 number of records of business data for the 13 counties planning region of H-GAC. The lease is being renewed annually. H-GAC and many other organizations rely on business and household data for planning various activities, including disaster preparedness, transportation outreach and education.

On behalf of contributing members of Geographic Data Workgroup, H-GAC has negotiated to renew the license agreement of Infogroup's 2018 Business and Residential database. The renewed license agreement would allow H-GAC and contributing members of GDW to obtain the Infogroup 2018 Business and Residential database, as well as continue to use past year's licensed databases. Cost of the renewal would be $51,440, borne collectively through elective cost-sharing contributions which have already been committed.
