H-GAC Executive Director Jack Steele's signature authority is limited to agreements up to $50,000. Potential agreements in excess of that amount must be presented to the H-GAC Board of Directors for consideration.

As Hurricane related recovery programs continue to develop, it may become necessary, in the interest of prompt action on recovery funding, to take action prior to the November Board meeting. 

In anticipation of agreements with State Agencies in excess of the H-GAC Executive Director's signature authority, request the Board delegate temporary authority to the Chair, Vice Chair and Chair Elect to authorize any Harvey-related procurement or agreement which require immediate action. Agreements will be presented to the Board for ratification at the November Board of Directors meeting.
