H-GAC received and opened eight competitive proposals of which one was a joint bid for Emergency Preparedness & Safety Equipment on July 6, 2017.  The following companies submitted proposals.

H-GAC staff has evaluated all bid responses and recommends eight bids (consisting of thirty-four vendors) for award. Staff is requesting authorization to negotiate contracts with each respondent listed in the attached Contract Award Recommendations table for Emergency Preparedness and Safety Equipment, and as may be applicable, extend contract assignments to other authorized entities during the contract period.
