CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATIONS SOFTWARE

Background

In 2015, H-GAC entered into a three year contract with Condeco Software to provide a meeting space management software for all publicly accessible conference and training rooms. Features include self-managed meeting reservations, usage reporting capabilities, and dynamic displaying of meetings in all elevator lobbies. 


Current Situation 

H-GAC has received positive feedback from users of the software and experienced increased efficiencies in the conference room booking processes. The licensing for the continued use of dynamic displaying of meeting information on elevator lobbies will result in an increased cost of $9,000 for the remainder of the contract with Condeco Software.
