Chair Elect Commissioner Ken Clark has represented Galveston County on the Houston-Galveston Area Council Board of Directors since 2008. Commissioner Clark has served on multiple Board committees and on the Metropolitan Planning Organization's Transportation Policy Council. 

Commissioner Clark passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022 and we present this resolution in his honor.
